To Stop or Not to Stop?

Just found out that a pack of cigs cost Php700. Mui Caro!

Swiss customs only allows 1 ream of cigs. Don't think that's enough for 4 months. 2 sticks a day?Dang.

Maybe this is the only real chance I'll get to quit smoking. Wacha think?

To quit or not to quit?

I love smoking. I smoke for breakfast. Wonderful.

To cancer or not to cancer?

I really plan to stop. But I don't think I'll be able to this quickly.

I'll miss smoking.

It always accompanied me whenever I was lonely.

I can remember all the time we've spent together.

The stale $5 a ream YSL lights from Subic.

...time when my dad first caught me with a pack in grade 7.

...time when I accidentally burned my **** with the cherry.

Shit. Been smoking for 12 years now. We'll see.

Maybe. Just maybe.

Switzerland Bound!

In the middle of my internship in Globe, I get a text from my room mate.

"Congratulations!" And I was like "huh?"

"You're included in ISEP."

That message just made my day.

Hardwork pays off!

I studied my ass off to get the opportunity to participate in the exchange program.

Only the top 20% of (?) the batch will be able to join. My rank's somewhere between 15-20. Pretty surprising for an old "party boy" eh?

The list of schools participating in the exchange program are limited to mostly European schools. So I list down my 5 choices on where to go based on the schools' rank.

Voila! I got University of St. Gallen. I heard this school is like "The Ateneo" in Europe.

Scary thing is I heard that a meal costs something like Php2,000. Damn! That's like Php6,000 a day, Php180,000 a month, Php720,000 for the four months I'm staying there. Hello poverty.

Good thing daddy-o's sponsoring the trip. Whew!

29 days to go.
